Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders usually arrive 4 to 12 business days after you order. Your item takes 2 to 5 business days to print, then 2 to 7 business days to ship. Our own hat and tote order took 9 days total. Your shipping options and cost show at checkout.

  • No. You pay a flat shipping rate at checkout, and you see the exact cost before you place your order. Shipping starts at $[X] for one item and adds $[Y] for each extra item. Odd Pet Out ships to United States addresses only.

  • Not always. Items in the same order can print at different locations and ship separately, each with its own tracking link. A shirt and a sticker may show up on different days, even though you ordered them together.

  • No. Odd Pet Out currently ships only within the United States.

  • You get a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. It links to a tracking page with carrier updates. If the email does not show up, check your spam folder, then email us at hello@oddpetout.com with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We replace damaged or misprinted items for free if you report them within 30 days of delivery. For wrong sizes or a change of mind, we give store credit instead of a refund. Each item is printed just for your order, so we cannot resell returns.

  • Email hello@oddpetout.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We confirm the issue and send a free replacement. We also send a one-time 15% off code for your next order, as an apology for the hassle. A photo of the damage, plus the package label if you have it, speeds things up.

  • Yes, for store credit, not a refund. Email hello@oddpetout.com with your order number and we send a one-time code for the amount you paid for the item. Store credit covers the item price, not shipping. The code works on anything in the shop, and it works once, so use it on an order at least as big as the credit.

  • We email your store credit code within 3 business days of confirming your request.

Product & Sizing

  • The shirt is a heavyweight, garment-dyed shirt made from 100% ring-spun cotton. Garment dyeing gives it a soft, slightly worn-in look from the first wear.

  • The hat is a unstructured six-panel cap made of soft cotton twill.

  • No. Odd Pet Out sells apparel and accessories for people, not pet clothing. The designs are based on pet personalities, so owners wear the art and pets stay the stars.

Payments & Checkouts

  • Odd Pet Out accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay through Squarespace Payments.

  • You are charged when you place your order, not when it ships. Printing starts right after your payment goes through.

  • No. Guest checkout is available, so all you need is an email address and a shipping address.

Privacy & Cookies

  • No. We use your name, address, and email to process and ship your order. Printful, our printing partner, receives your shipping details so it can make and send your items.

  • Odd Pet Out uses essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, plus Google Analytics cookies to count visits and purchases. You can accept or decline the non-essential ones in our cookie banner. See our Privacy Policy for details.

  • Yes. Choose “Decline all” on the cookie banner and you can still browse and check out. Essential cookies stay on because the cart needs them.

  • Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email. Order and shipping emails are separate, and they keep coming until your order arrives.

  • Odd Pet Out is an apparel brand for pet owners. We turn a pet’s quirks into things you can wear. Our mission is to help owners show off what makes their pet one of a kind.

  • We created Odd Pet Out to honor our founder’s dog, Pepper, who passed away. She was one of a kind, and we want to give every pet owner the chance to celebrate what makes their pet unique while they still can.
